Everybody always have subjects such as weight, looks, and school on their mind, I understand that... But, honestly, I'm really worried about myself.. (It's one of those things you, yourself aren't sure of if it's okay or not) To further explain, I'm 14, 4'9, 108.6 lb, and I always feel stressed and leads to being depressed about life, grades, financial standings, and all that "fun" stuff. But lately I constantly feel full so I only eat about a bottle of chocolate milk and one of those pb&j sandwiches. That or if I don't want to spend money/or want to study, I don't eat that day. (I am aware it's unhealthy but I don't want to eat anything, or then I feel ill and need to vomit it out) What should I do...? (Also if I do eat, I feel self-conscious and then start feeling down about eating) I am aware of liquids and snacking, but if I don't eat meals I'm not allowed to snack, so snacks are a no-go, and liquids I do drink some time to time >->

I am not a specialist on the matter, just a mom, but it seems to me that you have, or are your way to having, a definite eating disorder. I believe many of these disorders stem from a need to control, for people who are high achievers, etc., when things get out of control, food is one thing they know they can control. 

 

I strongly urge you to discuss this issue with a parent, trusted teacher or school guidance counselor. Please talk to someone about this who can provide some help, before it spirals completely out of control. And please keep me posted as to how your are doing. :) Thank you! (P.S., I think you are very smart and self-aware to realize things aren't what they should be and write this posting before things get too out of control).

Mr.Pocky i understand your problem and would like to tell have daily workout of 2hr then you will feel the hunger itself...
