I am not a specialist on the matter, just a mom, but it seems to me that you have, or are your way to having, a definite eating disorder. I believe many of these disorders stem from a need to control, for people who are high achievers, etc., when things get out of control, food is one thing they know they can control.
I strongly urge you to discuss this issue with a parent, trusted teacher or school guidance counselor. Please talk to someone about this who can provide some help, before it spirals completely out of control. And please keep me posted as to how your are doing. :) Thank you! (P.S., I think you are very smart and self-aware to realize things aren't what they should be and write this posting before things get too out of control).
