So I noticed about 6 monthes ago or so I have a small lump on the sack of my testicules. Its not on the testicules themselves but only on the sack its no bigger then 1 to 2 mm. Its white in color and very hard. I thought maybe it was a pimple of some sort at first so i tried popping it, and as hard as i try I have to stop in pain from the squeezeing of my skin. I have no idea what it is, any ideas??
