It sounds like if one testicle is getting really much smaller than the big one, like a grape or smaller, that it is atrophying and the other testicle is growing bigger to take over doing all of the work of the smaller testicle that is shrinking and disappearing. Go see a Dr. about this if the smaller testicle is way smaller than the big one. Most males have one big an done small testicle and they hang at different levels inside the scrotum. But they should be within maybe 50% of the size of each other. If one is smaller than half of the bigger testicle, I'd have a Dr. check it out.
