One of my balls is very big, like a small egg. Aanother one is like a very small bean. once I went to a check up to a normal doctor who is not a specialist suggested me to see a specialist. but I neglected, Ihave neglected becuase I am very shy to say this out. Can you help me what is the problem. Is it a big problem. If i get married can I fertile my wife. Please give me good suggestions,Solutions and explanation

Well, you should have seen the specialist since you have already been there and could have gotten a referral. If one of your testicles has suddenly dropped in size or enlarged, it is crucial that you see a specialist.
You should know that normally one testicle (usually the left one) is always bigger than the other and the left one always hangs lower because the sides are differently designs, so spermatic cord is longer on the left.
However, if one of them has suddenly enlarged, it could be due to a tumor or a cyst but either way, it should be seen immediately. Both cysts are tumors can be removed but tumors only if found in time.
If, on the other hand, one of your testicles has shrunk in size, it could be that some of the blood vessels twisted or dilated and that the blood is not reaching testicles. This could cause infertility and even the death of the testicle, so I would advise you to see a specialist no matter what.
