one white dot on the head of the penis

bit curious on what this may be, its white in a colour, size of a pimple on my penis. been there for a long time now. im a virgin so im not sure what it is, im circumisized as well. its visible when flaccid and erect, doesnt itch/hurt or anything just looks bad

what could this be? and what treatment could be used?
