Every time my husband and I have lengthy intercourse he gets an open or weeping sore on his Scrotum.

It usually takes about two weeks to heal.

He tells me that he started getting this sore when he was about 20 he is now in his mid 50's.

He has never had this checked out, but the problem is that in the 25 years that we have been married it seems that the sore is taking longer to heal.

My question is what is this sore from and why is it taking longer and longer to heal.
