Hi, this is my personal experience based on being treated clinically.

Basically, I took the medications and overcome it within 3 days.

As one of you guys said, there is no easy way about it, but with my formula and a personal support like your wife or mom, you can do it as easy as possible.

Preparation: get the following items and organize them the way I suggest or your own way

I had small bowls or cups and put sticker on them like once a day, 3 times a day, after lunch or before breakfast. The first 3 days, you cannot concentrate, plus you are knocked out. Basically this way you will overcome it in sleep within 3 days (Items 4 & 6 are knock out pills). Your wife or loved one can help you a lot, to organize everything and make sure you take the medications on time. One of the comments I read was from a wife taking care his husband (More power to you madam, you are an angel).

1-       Omeprazole 20 mg              Stomach protection                             1 pill a day                             before breakfast<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

To reduce stomach acid for protecting your stomach from too many pills per day

2-       Diphenoxylate                      Anti Diarrhea                                        1 pill 3 times a day               after meal

3-       Clonidine 0.2 mg                  Anti hot flash & Headaches                ½ pill 3 times a day              after meal

4-       Thioridazine 100 mg            Anti Depressant (Muscle twitching) ½ pill a day                            after breakfast

5-       Diclofenac 25 or 50             Pain killer for joints and bone           1 pill 3 times a day               after meal

If you still have pain take Diclofenac 100 mg (suppository) 2 to 3 times a day

6-       Diazepam 5 mg                     Anti Depressant (Muscle twitching) 1 pill 3 times a day               after meal

7-       Diphen hydramine Syrup   Anti histamine for tearing                  10 cc 3 times a day              after meal

8-       Multi Vitamins                       gaining strength                                   1 pill a day                             after breakfast

9-       Vitamin C                               Thinning Blood                                     1000 mg a day                      after breakfast

If you have blood pressure or cholesterol, take baby aspirin or at least 1000 mg Vitamin C from day one

10-   Energy Drink or energy vitamin packs. Having energy unless you wish to overcome it in sleep. After cleaning up you will be without energy for 10 to 20 days.

11-   Liquids (Fruit juice)              for building up health and energy level

12-   Exercising                              Any, walking, jogging ….                      Every Day

13-   Hot shower                                                                                           Every day

14-   Amprazolam (Xanax) 0.5     Anti Depressant                   after the third day 1 pill a day

After breakfast for a few days to reduce anxiety and depression (at least 10 days)

 

Above experience or suggestion worked for me. It depends on your opiate dosage; you should decrease or increase the treatment drugs. I was in a middle status, by taking 3 Tramadol 100 mg per day. You have to know your health status completely such as heart problem, allergies, depression and so on. If you are strong and in a healthy state, you can reduce some of the items. Study your reactions and symptoms. If you see the above suggestion is not doing well enough for you, increase the dosage. If you are experiencing bad reaction from one of the items above, go to ER or see a physician.
