Ovarian cyst

Hi am 24 years and recently i have had buring abdorminal pains (like i have sores in my tammy) and vomit alot especially after eating i feel tired and weak i visited a doctor and i had an ultrasound which showed that am 7 weeks pregnant and have a cyst on my right overy and a mass on my right ovary am worried coz the pain is so much and about the baby too though we did not plan for this child. I was advised to re-scan after 2-3 weeks does this mean that the cyst may be a risk to my health? Am really worried and in pain:(
