Within the past month, I noticed that my left testicle is about three times larger tan the right testicle. This testy feels as if it is in some sort of fluid bag and inside the bag it is about normal size so far as I can tell. There is no pain or discomfort of any kind and I just noticed it in the shower when it was abnormally larger. Is this bad or is it something I should see the doctor or worry about? Age 16.

Yes, you should see your doctor. It could be an infection or a cyst.
Don't get nervous, but there is also the chance it could be cancerous. You are much better getting it checked out earlier rather than waiting. A urologist is the best doctor to see if you have the option.
