Most doctors don't look at nutrition and a toxin called gluten as the root cause to your symptoms even the so called mental health issues. Look at celiac disease.

Lyrica and cannabis is what I have found that works. My fybro was at rest for a few years but came back with a vengeance. For over a year I've been very sick, widespread pain, 24/7 nausea, loss of appetite w/almost a 20 lb weight loss in 6 mons and constipation . After mri mra eeg eco ct and labs out the wazoo and a 4hr drive w/3day stay at world known Cleveland clinic still no answers, they to implied it was in my head. After politely resurring them that I am not choosing to be miserable and feel like im dying, I'd appreciate it if they would leave my head out of this and focus on my body. After returning home I went bk 2 my dr. He tried me on thc pills;they did help with some of the nausea and some nerve pain but not the appetite. I went back 2wks later with 6 more lb weight loss. Baffled hopeless I went home. Then the light turned on, maybe if....so I did and havent stopped since. Only if I smoke can I eat otherwise smell of the food makes me sick. My bowels have had some improvement but still irregular, pain is annoying , sharp at times but tolerable, maintaining my weight but not gaining idt. Doing what I gotta do to keep myself alive until they figure something out, and my dr is 100 % behind me self medicating, he's baffled as well. I'm not saying do what I do, im saying do what u gotta do. I know this was long, but I hope it helps somehow.

I have been experiencing the same but my aches are all over and my eyesight has been affected. Its getting progressively worse. Was tested for lupus with mixed, inconclusive results. Not losing weight though, gaining weight, especially in the abdominal area.

You cannot affect your body’s ph other than hold a plastic bag over your head and let go once you go to pass out. For a moment or 2 your blood ph will have changed.

People need to stop talking quack medicine, go look up Bicarbonate buffering of ph in blood, you will soon realise your talking utter BS. Next you’ll be focussing his energy with crystals.....

The person opening this thread sound like they have the start of chronic Pancreatitis. I wonder if they drink more than they should?

Have you been tested for a gluten allergy? After going to the doctor for over 30 years trying to find out what was wrong with me. They accidentally found Celiacs disease. I am 64 years old. I started eating a gluten-free diet and now I feel much better.
