pain in and on penis

Had sex with a girl, I met at the bar
4 days later head of penis started to burn
tested for CHLAMYDIA, and GONORRHEA (negative)
treated for yeast infection.
2 weeks later went to different doctor
sent for CHLAMYDIA, and GONORRHEA (negative)
no treatment
2 weeks later
pain changed to inside penis, running from tip of penis to bum
treated for prostate infection.(given 6 weeks of medication) again sent for CHLAMYDIA, and GONORRHEA tests (negative)
2 weeks later
went to different doctor treaded for CHLAMYDIA, and GONORRHEA did nothing
2 weeks later
burning sensation on head came back INTENSIFIED, doctor has no idea sent for herpies test told it might be scabies ((given a pain killer)did not take away pain)
it is now 2 weeks later and I want the pain to end
any ideas

here are my symptoms:
burning sensation on head of penis, Constant
Also area little sensitive to touch, the area appears red in small blotches skin on head will shrivel when most intence.
pain inside tip on penis where urine comes out, squeeze that area feels like broken glass inside. Hurts the most after peaing or ejaculation (no discharge, normal urine comes out sperm is clear)
Scrotem is itchy at various times in various places.
