Hi, guest.

Here are some general tips that may help alleviate pain at the epidural injection site:

Applying ice or a cold compress to the affected area for 15-20 minutes at a time, several times a day, may help reduce inflammation and pain.

Engaging in light exercise or physical therapy may help improve blood flow and reduce pain and stiffness in the affected area.

Trying relaxation techniques, such as deep breathing, meditation, or yoga, may help reduce stress and tension, which can exacerbate pain.

Applying a warm compress or taking a warm bath or shower may help relax the muscles and alleviate pain.

It's important to note that these natural remedies may not be effective for everyone, but I think it worth a shot. My wife had similar problem after our youngest, but her pain lasted for only few weeks and went away on its own.

This has helped me tremendously! I’ve never done yoga before someone else in this post mentioned that it helped them. This one is only 18 mins and it’s specific to aligning the spine/centering. I hope it helps!
