Pain in left shoulder blade and tylonal overdose?

I overdosed on tylonal a little over a month ago I get pains in strong waves in my left and right shoulders, an my left and right upper abdominal I overdosed so badly I almost went into the ICU and I almost had to get a new liver I have also lost 20lbs in the past month and have been feeling drowsy and nauseous for days please tell me anything that could be happening
