Lately I had pain in my back left side muscles. After a few days it converted to pain in my left arm bone.

Last year I had pain in muscles of my right arm. There was some spots on my skin. My Doctor diagnised as Shingles. He was right and after a therapy it got better. Now same pain I have but no spot on my skin. Is it something simple caused by cooled air shoot in the car to my left arm ?
