I have a lump in my right testicle and will get achy or painful when aggravated. I went to many doctors and none of them seem to know what the problem is. All they gave me is painkillers but I dont take them anymore. The recent doctor told me that my testicles are ok and it is normal for men to feel the pain that I am feeling.

I have no form of desease. I did sperm test, urin test and all came back ok but the lump is getting bigger with the same constant pain.

It impossible to enjoy soccer game because if the ball come in contact with my pelvic area it will be about 10-15 minutes of crushal pain that would lead t me being curld up of the field.

I wish I know what the problem is. This is going on for almost five years now and still no help.

Hm, have you seen a specialist, a urologist? Ask a urologist what the lump is, tell him or her what your symptoms are, and ask about treatment for it. Insist on it. If the doctor ignores your questions and comments, then you need to go to another one until someone listens to you.

I don't understand what you mean by "if the ball come into contact with my pelvic area." Do you mean the soccer ball? If a soccer ball hits any guy in the pelvic area, it could lead to a lot of pain depending on what it hit. For sports, you know you have to wear a cup and maybe a jock strap to keep your testicles from moving around too much and to protect them from injury.
