There's this pain I feel in my left breast when sleeping on it..could it be that I have breast lump?

Have you done your own breast examination? Feel around your breast to about your armpit, kneading it to see if you feel any bumps/lumps that are out of place and should not be there. If you do, make a doctors appointment quickly to get the checked out.
