Pain in the penis.

About six months ago I had oral sex with a girl. She bit my penis hard about three times. There was no sudden loss of erection, no blood, or any popping sounds. Now my penis hurts. The head of my penis feels cold and it feels like I'm dribbling. I was tested once for std's and it came out negative. I also took to urine test and they turned out negative. What could be going on? Could I have a penis fracture? If so how do you treat it?
