I've had the feeling of a sever stab in the back Of my throats when I swallow. 2 days after it started feeling this way I had a strep test. Came back negative. The pain is still there now on the opposite side of the pain I have a white spot on the side of my throat kinda looks like a pimple (not on the tonsils) I had sinusitis a few months back and never took My antibiotics could this be the reason for the spot and throats pain? It's kinda worrying me I've been on antibiotics now for 3 days and still have pain and white spot.
