I have had a pain in the tip of my penis now for a few months. There were times when the pain would be in my testicals but that has sense went away. It came and went in the beginning but now the pain is more constant. It seems to somewhat be more mild when I am standing. It does not really hurt when I urinate or ejaculate, but it has at times. The only thing I can think of is that about 4 months ago I was having intercourse with a woman and I jammed my penis quite hard. I am not sure if that tore something or what the issue is.
