About three days ago I felt pain in my right testicle which made it difficult to walk. I felt around there and discovered a small lump. The pain went away but came back the next day for about 10 minutes. After about 1 hour, I masturbated. Since then I only feel a slight pain if I touch it. I'm worried it's cancer since it doesn't hurt as much anymore. What should I do?

I would have it checked out. there are many things it can be besides cancer. it may be an infection which would need antibiotics anyways. where at is the lump. how big is it, is it firmly attached and how old are you?
