am 19 years old.my breast size is very small.i have pain in my breasts.nipples are often retracted..pain is unbearable.i didint find any lump on self examination.sometimes from my nipples(both) a little white discharge is seen.they are even more tender and painful.my nipples become red sometimes very rarely they seem to be little cracked..
