Hey thanks for your post!! Same thing happens with me... fluid. I can push it down and it makes dents, then fills back up again. Some days it is heavier (more filled with fluid) and other days better. So it is a hernia? Were you ever able to get yours fixed?

To you all l don't do any of these things you are saying but I have the same thing what I have noticed it been getting bigger over time l work hard now got no up go can't be botherd anymore hopefully this helps
