Hi I'm 24 years old and I have noticed this very big painful lump on the right side of my vigina right were your panties fit in the crease of your leg. Its very painful to touch and to walk, I was wondering what could this be.
Sounds like some kind of cyst. You should have a doctor look at it, it probably needs to be drained then you will feel much better
