16, male painful nipple. so about a year ago both of my nipples became really sore for about a month then got better. if i recall correctly during this time i could feel small lumps under each nipple. now i have the same problem again but only in one nipple and it has been like this for about a month and a half. is it part of growing up or something more serious do you think thanks
