I have a weird pimple-looking thing in my vaginal area. well, it looks like a pimple, except it appears to have (what looks like) blood on the inside, rather than having pus. I'm really freaked out, I don't know what it could be, but it hurts really bad when touched, otherwise it doesn't hurt at all.
Anyone know what it could be?

it looks like u have the same symtom like me
those pimples i started havin it few years ago
and sometimes stil havin it now
the symtoms bout those pimples are:
-huge
-bumpy
-painful when its touched
when i press it, a large amount of yellowish pus came out followin some amount of red blood, the nextday, it's flatten n gone after a few days
Symtoms to this pimples is the heat from the body
and maybe the hygiene at the private part
so there's no worry bout it :-)
but if u do, can consult a doctor.
