Hi!
For the last few months, I can't go longer than about 15 minutes in sex without going from completely turned on to completely dry within a matter of minutes. There's no orgasm involved, no nothing to signal it- I just suddenly go dry and it starts to hurt really bad. After sex, urinating is sometimes so painful- for hours at a time- that I'm afraid to do it.
I know I have a bladder infection right now, but these symptoms have been occurring for months now, and I'm also developing a large number of skin tags around my vagina and small to medium boils inside the walls of my vagina. Another recent symptom is really, REALLY annoying anal itching. Is there any one thing that this may point to? I've always had pain after sex, but it's getting worse lately. And the skin tags and the itching only showed up recently. The boils tend to rise and fall over the months.
I'm not a dirty person, so what's causing all this?

How old are you first of all? Are you in Menopause? You may want to use less bleach in your white clothes as well. I too have the same problem. Write me and maybe we can exchange notes.
I'm 22. Erm, I'm not sure how to write people or find their em addresses *blushes*
Look up Vulvodynia....and join the vuvlar disorders group on yahoo. It is a condition, which has no cause and rarely a cure.....poeple have all kinds of symptoms...some like yours...others worse...check it out
Cari has some good advice but please lets try and keep everything on the orums so it will help everyone else who may have the same problems. I know there are a lot of people who read the forums that never post becasue of whatever reason and so it helps to let everybody see questions and answers :-)
As far as the original question goes, my first thought was bladder infection and since you stated that you know you have one are you on any meds for it? If not you need to seek some medical help and get on something to treat that. Who knows, it may be a sign of just waiting to long to treat a serious infection? I don't know how to explain the rest but it would be great if you could let us know what your doc tells you.
Best of luck :-)

You might want to talk to your doctor about interstitial cystitis (IC for short). It is a condition of the bladder and when left untreated is very painful. It causes you to have urinary tract infections often. I finally went to the doctor after having painful sex and painful urination. It got to the point I could hardly urinate. It is basically a condition where your bladder has ulcers.
I have IC and the bladder itself rarely has ulcers. It's usually an inflammatory condition of the lining of the bladder leading to a shrinkage of the bladder so that it hurts when urine fills it. Many women with IC also have painful intercourse, so if I were you, I'd contact the ICA (interstitial cystitis association) as well as the vulvodynia support groups online. It sounds like you have either one or both of those conditions going on, although your doctor will have to do some testing to rule out IC, possibly looking in your bladder with a scope. See a urologist, not just a general m.d. (they rarely know much about IC). The external boils sound a lot like vulvodynia. These are both very painful conditions and I wish you luck. There are various ways to help make you feel better, it just depends. I've IC for years, and basically have to take pain meds and use other techniques to deal with it. The support groups are great, tho. You really need to hook up with others who are in the same boat and not suffer anymore in silence or with this awful condition. Take care.
I am not sure about the vagina issues that you have, but I can help you with the rectal itch since I used to suffer from this anal itching for years. Recently I found this great product on the Internet called AnaNOitch-D. I was skeptical but I tried it after I read the testimonials on the website. Within a couple of days I was 100% itch free. It was like a dream. I no longer wake up at night to itch. You will at least get rid of the itch in your rectum. Http://www.AnaNOitch.com

I can help you with your rectal itching since I used to suffer from this for years. A couple of months ago I found this natural remedy on the Internet called AnaNOitch-D. Of course I was skeptical, but after I read the handwritten testimonials, iI felt it was worth trying and thank GOD I did. Within a couple of days the itch was completely gone. It was at this website http://www.AnaNOitch.com
You still need to figure out the other issues though.
Good Luck

hmm maybe i can help. I used to have sort of the same symptoms with the slightly painful irritation in the urine and itchy butt. I found it very helpful just to wash very thoroughly the private areas right after sex. I mean right after don't wait. Moisture is held in those areas which may cause the symptoms you are experiencing. I too had developed a UTI the doctor suggested to wash and even to pee right afterward to get rid of some of the gunk. hope this hleps :-D
Sounds like an infection, but using KY gell should do the trick if you use both the stuff made for man and the other one is for women. Assuming you're having sex with a man??? If the vagina hurts, then switch to anal sex - but use lubrication or it hurt at first.
Actually the rectum itching is caused by having parasites. Especially if you are waking up between 2 & 3 am and/or grind your teeth at night. Due to the toxins they release in your body and due to the fact that theu take your nutrients the other symptoms could occur. The "skin tags" could be ringwoem wich is one of many parasites. If you have pets make sure they are on heartworm medicine!
Well my take on this is.... Sounds like you have an std. Gential warts would explain the "skin tags" also the virus can spread to the rectal/anal area and you can develop anal warts which can cause itching. The boils internally may also be a wart and with friction may cause discomfort especially if there is no lubrication. Perhaps try some lubrication? There are alll sorts of hypoallergenic ones which r good for sensitivities. Also pelvic inflammatory disease could cause the discomfort during intercourse. If you have a bladder infection my suggestion is to abstain from intercourse until your medication is completly finished use condoms? And perhaps try taking cranberry pills and probiotics for women. You can find those in health food/ vitamin stores and are relatively inexpensive. The anal itching could also be a symptom of pin worms, or just pain old hemmerhoids. Are you having intercourse with the same partner? There are rare cases where the woman is literally allergic to her partners ejaculate. Which can cause the boils or blisters u have internally. And the discomfort during intercourse. Hope this helps.
This is absolutely stupid. Ringworm is NOT a parasite, its a fungus.
