About a week ago, six small sores appeared in two almost-parallel lines on the bottom-left side of my scrotum. They are nearly flat, not bumpy or swollen, and the one that I poked at with tweezers was filled with a small amount of clear fluid. The small affected area is red and inflamed, quite painful and always burning. They sting when irritated too much by movement. The area has not grown larger or spread. Ever since I noticed it, I have taken special care to thoroughly wash the area. Using antibacterial pain relief ointment helps to dull the pain but it shows no sign of clearing up. I have also tried salt soaks and applications of hydrogen peroxide mixed with water. I am not, nor have I ever been, sexually active. I practice good hygiene and I am technically underweight. No conditions that I've found on the internet seem to match up exactly with what I have. What could this possibly be?
