I turned 40 last month and it has been for close to 3 weeks now that I am experiencing painfull and swollen breast. It used to happen a few days before my menses but this is not the case. I underwent a partial hysterectomy 4years ago and mense is out of question. It hurts so much that I have to put on a bra even when I go to bed to avoid me hurting it all the time. Is this associated to the hysterectomy or Pre-menopausal signs? The pain is unbearable and I just feel like doing away with the breast inorder to have a peace of mind. What should I do?
