Hi

I have a pain that seems to come from the top left of the penis and i also get a pain in the left testicle that very occasionally occurs in the right testicle but is nowhere as painful.

The pain occured on Monday and was worse yesterday but seems slightly better today.

I did masturbate on Sunday and just before climax stopped myself from ejaculating, pain then seemed to come on Monday.

If i walk it is generally fine but if i move in a different direction or bend down sometimes the pain is there.

I also get a slight tickle in the throat which causes a shot cough.

I have a lump near the left testicle (not on the testicle but on the Epididimal) which i saw a doctor about just over two years ago and i was told this wasn't testicular cancer.

Could this be some form of infection, i've not had sex in a year so it's not an STD.
