I have a new boyfriend. We have been together for three weeks now. I really like him but there is a problem. Last night we took our cloths off, and I noticed some weird bumps on his glans. They looked like these small white zits. I reacted not so pleasantly to them and he told me that these are called papules and that they are harmless and not a sign of infection. Anyway, they didn’t stop me from being suspicious. Is there anybody who could tell me more about this condition. Thx heaps!
You can trust your boyfriend on this one. These small bumps are called pearly penile papules and are considered to be a normal variant. They are harmless and not sexually transmitted, so you can’t pick them up. They don’t cause any trouble and no treatment is necessary. My boyfriend has them as well but I don’t pay any attention to it. Relax and enjoy yourself!
