Hello, here are some general suggestions to help manage the situation:

  1. Maintain good personal hygiene: Regularly bathe or shower using warm water and mild soap to keep your body clean. Pay close attention to areas where lice and their eggs may be present, such as clothing seams, undergarments, and bedding.

  2. Launder infested items: Wash your clothing, bedding, and any other infested items in hot water (at least 130°F or 54°C) and then dry them on high heat. This can help eliminate lice and their eggs.

  3. Vacuum and clean your living space: Vacuuming your living space, including carpets, furniture, and bedding, can help remove any lice or eggs that may be present. Afterward, dispose of the vacuum bag or empty the canister outside.

  4. Avoid close contact with infested individuals or items: Body lice can spread through direct contact, so it's important to avoid sharing clothing, bedding, or personal items with others who may be infested.

Hope you will manage getting rid off them!
