I have this pain as well, this isnt the first time having it i had it while on implanon it stopped when i got off it. i got pregnant after implanon. my baby is 3 months now and im on depo and its back. it only happens to me while im on bc.
Ask your doctor to test for endometriosis.. I was having these same problems and it caused me to miscarry a lot. Hope this helps

I'm the same apart from the periods I feel pressure sitting down and standing up I feel like my pelvis is weighted. Any answers?
