This is exactly what I have been dealing with. I had a partial hysterectomy in my mid 30s, I am now 53 and this has been happening for about a year, but now it is getting worse and more frequent. Thank you so much for posting this!
I think this is the cause for me! I use to eat hot sauce (Tabasco) on everything felt a lot of pelvic pain and shooting pain in my uterus and sitting down near my butt. Then I stopped for awhile, started putting Siracha on things instead and the same thing is happening again...I loveeee hot sauce but it's causing me a lot of internal pain so I have to stop
I hope that you were able to get some answers to your problems. I have had severe pelvic pain since last March. I have had a sonagram and a cat scan with no results. Have seen regular Dr., 2 Gyns., Gastro Dr., Urologist and no one has been able to help. Was told I should have a lower stomach exploritory. Ten years ago I had a full hysterectomy. My pain is constant especially when moving. Not sleeping well at all. I have always had painful intercourse but after the hysterectomy it was impossible. All vaginal exams show it to be very tight and dry. I also feel like my lower stomach is dead and numb and it is very swollen. Ten years ago they tried doing a colonoscopy but had to stop due to by bowels being twisted or kinked. Although the Dr would like to try again I am to scared that they may perforate the bowel. Wish there was a hospital in Florida that is excellent with diagnosing medical condions. I tried taking an Alieve months ago but it did not help.
Hi being having same pain for almost 2month now. Went parenthood give me antibiotics still not work. Went follwing fir follow up test all clear. Hve Pelvic pain and pain during sex and pain after going to bathroom BM . Warm compress really help with pain. going today for ultrasound hope solve my pain. And I'm tired f pain and taking pills..
Hi Brittney, I literally have the exact symptoms as you and it happens only after my period too! It feels very low down like in my vaginal cavity and feels like someone punched me.

I get the same feeling I've had it mid cycle during period just before period just after period during sex. It feels horrible and even makes me feel nauseous and my lower back hurts. I've had blood tests urine tests ultrasound and nothings come back so not sure if there's a cause or not.
I am and the pain don't are even worse I had a vacuum aspiration done a week ago and now my pain is really making me uncomfortable It only stops hurting when I lay down I have an appointment at 3 today hope all I well
Dealing with the same pain. I had ablation 5 yrs ago. I've researched my pain and came up with post ablation syndrome. Trapped blood in uterus. Going to ob next week. Pain is getting worse daily as I've started peri menopause.
Hi ladies, if you are on any hormone pills you might want to stop taking them and see if the problem resolves. I had problems with extreme sharp pain, felt like I was having a baby and nothing turned up. The pain would last for hours and then come and go. I was taking premarine hormone replacement therapy because I'm post menopausal. I stopped taking the pills and the problem went away. Now I only use a bio-identical hormone and it's been agreeing with me fine. This could possibly happen with the birth control pill too.
Oh my...this is what I am currently going through right now. One ovary left which is covered by cysts!!! Vagina to rectum pain is new for me though. Have Dr appt on 28th hopefully to remove it. Pray this last surgery will rid me of future pain.
I'm 37 I've had a partial heysterectomy 5years ago. About two weeks ago I fell on my back and lower hurted the first day, but second day up to present like right now I have this pain in my lower abdomen and this heavy pressure feeling that something trying to fall out my vagina. I've had sex only once with my boyfriend in this two week period due to pain getting worse after sex. Can somebody please help me I'm afraid and don't know it's doing this now. In past I usually only had slight pain on left side now it's just my lower abdomen. I some time hold the bottom of my stomach to support comfort from pain
I'm experiencing all of these symptoms and they say to not google what your symptoms are, but I did. My symptoms are closely related to endometriosis and a lot of obgyn's will not make a diagnosis on endo unless you specifically ask for a testing on it. I've been in and out of my doctor for months now and I recently told them I wanted a laprascopy to check for it. I'm finally receiving that procedure today.
