Hello,
I have a question that I am really nervous about. Two days ago after urination I had a milky almost semen like dischare after urination. It happened again after I urinitated today. In both cases there seemed to be a white flakey like substance inside my urethra. I have not been in a situation that can put me at risk for an STD ( I have been with the same girl for three years). I just really have no idea what this could be and internet searches have not helped. In both cases I had been holding my urinitation for an hour or two. I am really scared about my symptoms. The opening of my urethra is red, especially after I urinate. Please Help me, if anyone has any idea I would greatly aprreciate it.

Do you use condoms with your girlfriend or does she use a spermicide?
Spermicide could have gotten into your urthea and given you an infection.
If your not using condoms or spermicide, it could either be a yeast infection or a urinary infection.
Regardless of which one it might be, all would require a visit to the doctor's to get medication to clear it up.
