See your doctor. A yellow discharge can indicate an STD. No sex until you are tested and cleared.
Even if not an STD it could indicate another infection.

It depends on the cause. You can just develop an infection but if it is an STD you had to have contact with an infected person.

The discharge is a common indicator on an infection. You can't tell by appearances if someone is infected.

A bladder infection would do it. You should see your doctor though.
