ok well im 14 now and i had sebacous glands for about 3-4 years..i really want to get rid of them but i dont want to tell my parents about them...i know there sebacous glands becuase i read many stories about them and how they start off at one and work there way up..well i have them on my sack, all up the shaft of my penis(under) and in some spots even on top of my penis...so anyone PLEASE have any way to get rid of them? i hear clearsal acne gel works..
I'm afraid nothing works. I'm 35 & have had these for more than 20 years. They appear on the back of my shaft & there they remain. Some of them become red & aggressive. I can't leave them as I have two or three very large ones which fill up with sebum so quickly, leaving them for just a few days means they excrete a frightening amount of soft but solid, white, oily sebum. One of the lumps has been excreting for 13 years! I seriously won't go away! In all honesty, I've given up finding a cure/treatment. I've tried everything. Nevertheless, I am married to a very beautiful women & we have an active sex life. Be confident with your partner, tell them it's not uncommon & you don't care, so why should they. If they love you, it's not an issue.
