I am a 16 year old male and I have, starting this morning, noticed that there is a somewhat large bump on the shaft of my penis. There is a lot of hair around the area, and it resembles a large pimple. I have not been sexually active. It hurts to touch.

I think it may be a large pimple, as it hurts, is in an area with hair, and feels like it's filled with a lot of fluid. However, I have no idea if that is the case or not.
