Well, the itch COULD be the equivalent of an infection. See if somehow you've gotten cut or anything. I don't think that would be an std. A good way to know if you have stds is rub vinegar on your arm and if it turns pure white, then its a yes. If nothing happens and your arms color is the same, you know its not stds.. I overheard my mom talking about that technique. But, yeah, I'm assuming that you somehow got cut and something made it infected. All in all, go see a doctor if this continues.

It could be an infection but could also just be the result of an irritation. Maybe from a condom? Could be an allergy.
