Hi im 15 almost 16 yrs old, weigh 195lb and finished growing armpit har and pubic, I am about 5'11". My penis is about 5.5in erect and about 3in soft. The question is will my penis grow anymore or is it done.

Nobody can say if you've done growing. It's all up to your DNA.
You are in the average adult range of 5 - 5 1/2".
You can keep growing until your early 20's however.
