Consider what happens if you wash your hands to much. They chaff and become chapped, red, and raw. Masutrbation involves constant repetitive motions against the sensitive tissues of the penis. chances are one of two things is happening, the soap either dryed it out and you are now raw and chapped, or you may have an allegry to the soap you used.
Peeling is a sign of soap allergy, or severe chaffing.
