Hello i am 15 years old and 5`8 feet tall. My penis size at full size is 3 and half inches yeah its that small. i have began to get hair under my arm and all over the body my voice is cracking but my penis size is the same it hasn't grown yet. i am very worried about not getting a wife and live my life with a small penis.. please help

Give it time. Your penis can grow into your early 20's. Not everyone develops at the same rate/time.
