Is your penis fairly large? Is her vagina open? From my stand point I can only see two problems.
1) You are not hard enough so it isn't going in as a result.
2) her hymen is blocking anything from getting in you're just going to have to push through. If she complains more than a bit of wincing then it's a medical condition that she is going to have to get taken care of

For ease on you, her on top.
For impersonal sex, doggy style.
For deep thrusting, doggy style.
But for differences of body type, perhaps x-style.
Each couple will find their own favorite positions.
But most women will prefer one where the two of you are somewhat face to face...that is, if you mean anything to each other.

I would suggest using a missionary position for ease of access as stated above and how hard are you trying to get in if you take it easy and stretch her little by little then it should be easy. Try foreplay its called that for a reason maybe stretch her slightly with your fingers.
