period cramps,no period for 9 wks but still multiple negative hpt's

hi,

am wondering if any one can help,  my period is 9 wks late,I am getting all my usual period symptoms including sum unusual pain on my right side down round about where my ovary is.  I have done numerous hpt and all come up negative
