It is unlikely that the marijuana has delayed your period.
Take a home pregnancy test. You may be pregnant. By now, 2 weeks after you expected your period, it should be accurate. Use your very first morning - wakeup - urine for best accuracy.

i had the same thing, 12 days late cramps the whole lot, i have done about 8 HPT 2 very faint positive the rest neg, today i began to get intense cramps and noticed spotting which got heavier as the cramps got stronger. i dont know if this is my period or if it is spotting? for the past week i have felt like i was getting my period but it just never came, there is no actual blood it is just in my discharge? (rank i know) my periods have ALWAYS been regular so this is just very strange to me....
Spotting is blood, very light, no pad needed. Intense cramping doesn't sound like implantation cramping.
Take a home test.
