I was having an operation but had to come off my pill 2 weeks before. Me and bf made sure we had some condoms in to use however one time we forgot to use one so we ended up having unprotected sex (stupid i no!) Now im back on my pill, half way through my pack but i keep getting bad period like pains and i have sore nipples. Im not sure if this is because im supposed to be on but im as i started my pill or again or these are signs of pregnancy??
