I am a 24 years old man. I would appreciate if someone could tell me more about Peyronie's disease and variocele. I have noticed yelow lumpy semen recently and I am bit scared. What could this be?
I can not diagnose you and tell you why you have yellow and lumpy semen before examining you. I advise you to go to your doctor because that is the only way you can be sure what is causing your condition. Don't ignore it. Peyronie's disease is a condition that is characterized by plaque or hard lump on the penis. The cause of this condition is unknown. Cases of Peyronie's disease range from mild to severe and the symptoms can appear suddenly. The plaque develops on the upper or lower side of the penis, in layers containing erectile tissue. It usually begins as a localized inflammation but can develop into a hardened scar. Variocele is a mass of enlarged veins that develops in the spermatic cord. It can develope in one testicle or both, but in over 80% of cases it develops in the left testicle. A variocele develops when the valve that regulates bloodflow from the vein into the main circulatory system becomes damaged. This leads to enlargment of the vein. If you think that you might have one of these conditions I advise you to go to your doctor imediately. Hope that everything will be ok.
