ive had this for about 8 months to a year now. its on the right side of my scrotum. at first i thought it was a pimple, it was hard and appeared to have a "white head." it was not painful and still isn't. i squeezed it and this hard white substance came out. the bump was now a crater and i thought it was a pore. it scabbed up and i forgot about it. about a month later the same thing was there again, in the same spot. i went through the process again, and once again a hard white substance came out. this has been going on for ever since. been looking up std's and symptoms and none match. Cycts? dont sound like it from what ive read. N E one help a guy out?

It is not an STD. I reckon that it is a sebaceous cyst or just an infection that caused a lot of sebum collection that is very hard to get rid of. There might be some bacteria under the skin and you cannot get rid of it.
You should show it to a GP. IF they can’t handle it, they will send you to a dermatologist but mine was handled by a GP. I was given an antibiotic to take for a few days orally and another antibiotic cream. The bump went away in a few days, it was on my thigh, but now I have a little dark spot on the place where the bump was.
If it is a sebaceous cyst, it may be just excited by a doc. You better seek medical help if you want it removed because you don’t know with certainty what it is and how it would behave.

it's also possible that this is molluscum contagiosum. It's a benign std that will go away on it's own, from what the doctors tell me.
