Im 16.I shave w/ shaving cream but i still have lots of little bumps.I have two bumps that are bigger and someitmes hurt...I know they are from shaving.I dont shave often...Its so embarassing to me...PLZ help me!!!
most likely, they are razor bumps ... the ones that hurt are probably ingrown hairs ...
even though you use shaving cream, you're still shaving a sensitive area and its still prone to razor bumps and ingrown hairs ...
try waxing instead if you can handle that or use a mild lotion afterward with little or no scent
dont irritate your skin -- wear cotton panties more than any other fabric and dont use scented lotions or sprays directly on the shaved area
a lotion containing vitamin E or aloe or some kind of smoothing ingredient or oils like azulene, that will smooth and soften your skin

That's true. Also, it depends on what kind of a razor you use. Three blades versus five will also minimize the amount or even chance or bumps. You could be cutting too close and causing the irration because of that so try to use one with three blades instead of five like a guy's razor.
