Hello,
My doctor is sending me for a nerve conduction study. Believes I have a pinched nerve in my neck. Symptoms include pain radiating down are, thru shoulder blade, and numbness in fingers.
But yesterday I started feeling dizzy and lightheaded, almost to the point of nausea. Hasn't gone away. Is this another symptom of a pinched nerve or maybe another problem. Should I contact my doctor with this new symptom?

If you have pinched nerve in neck, would that cause pain in your hand and swelling? My thumb and pointer finger are the numbest.
