Did anyone only take the morning after pill once then get bad acne after? Or does acne only occur after relativley frequent use?

For me it has been 4 months of bad skin so far, I've been changing things up a lot so that maybe part of it. I hope and I think it does get better in time. I'm going to get my hormones checked, as well as any food allergies. Not only did it turn my skin into a high school kids it also gave me severe panic attacks. I have had a lot of depression and self loathing sense taking that damn pill. Im powering through it though. Drink lots of water, don't change your cleansing routine it's not what whatever your using that is making it worse, it's just your body saying ahhgh why the f**k did you put these synthetic hormones in me!!! avoid sugar, insulin spikes do not help with skin issues for sure! (Easier said then done, I defiantly get off track sometimes)

OMG I'm going through this right now! Had a mishap on Saturday night. 45 minutes later I went to Walgreens for the PlanB. Sunday morning I woke up with a breakout and my fave is always clean and clear and completely under control (really). I hope like hell this sh*t doesn't last a year like the other person and I know that the damn Pill better have worked too lol I sacrificed my beauty! You're not alone boo. Glad I'm not the only one.

After I took plan B twice in a cycle my face broke out horribly. I have had beautiful skin my whole life and have never experienced anything like it. I tried multiple drug store products to no avail. I then started using Dermologica which I used before in high school. Its a great product but I stopped using it because it is expensive and I no longer needed to use a product like that anymorre, drug store products were fine. So, about 4 months after plan B I started using Dermolociga again and I saw some improvement but not what I was looking for. About a month later I made the choice to stop drinking anything but water (and the occasional unsweetened iced tea) and here i am 12 days later WITH BEAUTIFUL SKIN AGAIN.

Anyone who is struggling I would suggest doing this. A gallon of water a day for however long you need. It will work wonders for your skin and over all health.

Yes! I took plan b a week ago and I've never had acne until now! It's subtle little bumps on my face but also a few red marks

I had the same problem. The acne kept on coming and going away. And I had no idea what to do with them since I never had acne before. Recently I found out it is NOT acne! It's this thing called seborrheic eczema. It seems ro be a common side effect for plan B. Look it up, consult with your doctor. I got an ointment for it from my dermatologist and it helps!

What did the dermatologist say? I'm having the same issue and I've never had break outs before. So upset I took it.

Hi all! I'm in my 30's and recently took Plan B. I always had gorg skin then it went nuts in my mid-20's.

I tried everything: clarsonic, AHA peels, ultraviolet light, Spirolactine, etc.

I have terrible scarring from the cystic acne but after a year of Gianvi BC, it cleared up.

Was getting compliments of my 'glowing' skin (bikram|M61 Power Glow Peels|good skincare)... THEN, I took Plan B...

Subsequently, my face has been ratchet.

I'm terrified its that freaking pill & I'll suffer another year.... I'm starting a cleanse & juicing & tons h2o post holiday....stay tuned!

Ps, Blue Mercury M-61 peels are a game changer to reduce scaring & Fraxel
